I walked there from Pennant Hills station. I found it much more pleasant walking along a suburban backstreet to 10 Ramsay Road on previous occassion than facing Pennant Hills rd. as a pedestrian.
When I walked in to PHDS the first thing which impressed me was the absence of the usually ubuquitous TV screen. The fish tank is magnificent and I sat so I was watching it. Apparently this was a conscious decision by Dr. Napoli.
The seats in reception are uncomfortable - did Dr. Napoli sit in them before ordering?
I found Chris' manner on reception excellent. In spite of me already being on their records from a previous proceedure they had my house number wrong by 1. They should not be humanly transcribing this information but I suspect they must have to get it wrong.
The medical staff on admission were all excellent in their manner. I really liked the anesthetist's manner. Dr. Darke is also a man of pleasant manner.
I was amused by the conversaion I overhead in connection with me as they were pushing me into the proceedure room "should he go head-first or feet-first ... it's a colonscopy ... I said maybe I should go colon-first".
